Fish with Transparent Head

This photo I received today from my friend and the message was: this fish has transparent head to "cover" the movement of the eyes and to protect them from during the hunting. The name ot the fish is Macropinna microstoma, it lives in non accessible placesand it's difficult to say something about the population of the fish.
